Collaborating with fellow artists to bring compelling stories to life is what I love most about editing. I’m drawn to projects that push creative boundaries, challenge conventions, and offer opportunities to experiment with different storytelling approaches.
My work centers on shaping performances, building tension, and finding the emotional core of a story. I adapt my approach to the unique needs, tone, and style of each project, always looking for ways to elevate the material. Whether through a subtle moment or a bold editorial choice, my goal is to create experiences that move, provoke, and stay with audiences.
Outside of the cutting room, I enjoy traveling (Japan and Paris are favorite destinations), photography, meditation, running marathons, strength training, boxing, concerts, and playing the drums.

🤘🏽 I was the lead singer of a death metal band as a student at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!).
🎲 Martin Scorcese’s Casino was the first movie that inspired me to pursue an editing career.
🎸 I’ve seen Pearl Jam in concert about 40 times.
